Rodeo and Fair

Abby entered a lot of artwork in the Kodiak Rodeo and State Fair this year. I did not have as much to enter. In years past I have been a grand champion (pie, artwork) and several first places for jams, but this year by jellies were a bust! I'll still eat them.

 

 I did get a first for peanut potatoes, but then again, I was probably the only entry!

 And who knew I would like rodeos?! Abby likes the bull riding.

 So many, but they kinda went fast. All the berries are done early this year due to warm temps. I have canned, jammed, and froze.

Pioneering

Abigail has spent every week day at camp at the Mission. There's two camps a week - one morning and one afternoon. She has done golf camp, biking, swimming, horsemanship, pioneer camp, and many more. I'll work with her to write an entry about summer camp.

St. Herman Pilgrimage

Coerced my co-worker to go on the pilgrimage to Monk's Lagoon.

It was a long hour and a half to get there. Normally it's a bit faster...
