Patrick often proudly shows me the pans he stitches together, where's there no seems, and I think they are really nice, but "I have done good pans before". However, as you can see here, maybe they aren't as easy as I recall. I didn't try stitching these because it would have taken forever! Kudos to Patrick and his nice pans.
