Crab Fest!

No rain, which meant no crab and no dough buoy the first night!
They sold out. Crab booth was closing just as I got there.

Abby rode a big kids' ride!!!

Sorry, no pretty picture of what these delicious king crab legs looked like BEFORE....

The Lions Club sponsors a saw dust pile, in which there is change "buried". For the little kids they kind of toss and point - here, dig here.

It's getting green finally!

USCGC Bertholf was offering tours! It is a new, big, fancy, expensive cutter.

The boat from which they board other vessels.

This is where they shackle detainees. I warned Abby. She can grow up to do the shackling or be shackled! Abby would make a good Coastie or drug runner. She's cunning.

Since the rides had to leave early due to the ferry schedule, on Monday they had old fashioned games. Really, it was more fun than the regular carnival stuff.

Abby loves to dance! She jumped right in and joined the St. Innocent's Academy dancers!
